KEITH GLADSTONE
Bio
Keith Gladstone is director of Athletic Health Ltd.
Keith is an Osteopath, sport scientist and performance coach who's career has offered him some unique and interesting experiences.
He is currently consultant Osteopath to the England Rugby team, and to Tottenham Hotspur Football club. Keith has worked extensively in the front line of performance and injury management in elite sport; from pitch side trauma management, physical conditioning and player development to injury rehab and recovery. Keith has led the medical team at the Worlds Strongest Man competition for 7 years and continues to do so. He has been a leading member of the medical team at Lord's cricket ground with Middlesex and the MCC for 7 seasons and toured extensively and internationally with professional teams.
Keith has also worked in many other unique and challenging environments...From the ski slopes in Austria for Channel 4's "the Jump", to poolside with ITV's "splash", to many other physically challenging events and celebrity reality TV. Keith and his teams have had to deal with high profile people, pressured environments, significant injury and the odd diva strop!
Keith believes that for people to excel in any area of their life, an integrated approach to health and behaviour is required. People are more than just muscle, skin and bone, they are a complex system of physiological, psychological, anatomical and cultural parts that are equally important if one is to thrive.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY:
Straight from the Source
"When building a team, my philosophy has always been, “get the right people on the bus”. I am so fortunate to have Keith working alongside me as I inherited him rather than personally selecting him but he is an inspired choice. Keith’s qualities in his professional field are obvious but his skills extend way beyond, particularly in his direct support to the MCC Young Cricketers and their development. I find Keith innovative and very aware of up to date methods without compromising his core values. I thoroughly enjoy being on the same bus as Keith. Pleasant and interesting journey guaranteed.
England Cricketer, International coach.
"Without your input, the show would never have been possible. Thank you for looking after our crew and contestants, always professional and a pleasure to work with."
